How quickly will I hear back?
ManePilot is a small operation, so replies come from the person building it rather than a support queue. That usually means a considered answer within a couple of days rather than an instant automated one.
Can I see a demo?
There is no required sales call, and pricing is published on the site rather than quoted privately. You can sign up and look around without talking to anyone.
My trade is not one of the seventeen listed
Tell us what the work involves. The structure is built around customers, recurring visits, jobs and invoices, so it fits plenty of service businesses beyond the ones documented. We will tell you honestly if it does not.
I already use something else. Is it worth switching?
Possibly not, and we would rather say so. If your current setup handles scheduling, customer history and invoicing in one place and you are happy with it, switching costs more than it saves. The businesses ManePilot helps most are the ones running three tools and a notebook.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes, and at this stage it genuinely influences what gets built. The most useful suggestions describe the situation that caused the problem rather than the feature you think would fix it.
