Will ManePilot fit my kind of business?

ManePilot serves 17 industries across property care, cleaning, skilled trades, and automotive appearance. Nine trade setups configure starter services and terminology. Vehicle information belongs with vehicle jobs; properties and equipment have their own relevant details.

Do my customers need to create an account?

No account is needed to approve an estimate. Customers open their link, review the options, and approve. Private, revocable portal links also let customers see their jobs, estimates, and invoices.

Is the phone app the same as the web app?

The iPhone and Android apps use the same screens, words, and numbers as the web product. Technicians can see the day, navigate to customers, send an on-my-way notice, photograph the job, price the work, finish, and take payment. The phone app can keep working offline and sync when reconnected.

Where do my payments and text messages go?

Card payments go to your own Stripe account. Texting uses your own Twilio account, so the number is yours and replies come back into ManePilot. You remain responsible for the applicable provider charges. Email is included.

What’s different between Starter and Crew?

Only the number of people. Starter is $69/month or $690/year for up to 2 people. Crew is $139/month or $1,390/year for up to 10 people. Both include every feature and start with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. Founding rates are available to the first 25 shops.
