Booked by a customer. They are expecting to hear back.

Service business software
Every job, from first call to paid.
ManePilot keeps the customer, the vehicle, the schedule, the estimate and the invoice attached to the same job — so nothing gets rebuilt from texts and memory.

One connected operation
The customer, the vehicle, the work, and the money — on one thread.
Nothing important should live between an inbox, a calendar, a notebook and an invoice. ManePilot keeps the whole job in one current record.
The Command Center
One screen that tells you what needs attention.
Not a dashboard to admire. The five things that decide whether today went well, read at a glance before you pick up a polisher.
- Today's visits
- Unscheduled leads
- In progress
- Ready to invoice
- Outstanding

A booking that came in overnight is waiting on a reply, not buried in a thread.
Today’s visits in order, with the customer and service attached to each one.
Work that is finished but not yet priced or invoiced, surfaced before it is forgotten.
One job, end to end
Seven stages. Nothing retyped between them.
The same record picks up detail as it moves. Nothing is rebuilt from a text thread, and nothing is entered twice.
The enquiry arrives already priced.
A customer books from your page — services chosen, vehicle described, photos attached. It lands as a lead against a customer record, not as a text you have to decode.
See how
Good, better, best — and they pick.
Send up to three priced options with your own labels. The customer approves online and signs by typing their name. Approved work copies onto the job in one click.
See how
Into the day, in the right colour.
The visit lands on the calendar coloured by service category. Dispatch refuses a double-booking and names the clash. Buffers and notice windows are held automatically.
See how
Everything the tech needs, in one place.
Customer, vehicle, access notes, before and after photos, and a next-action button pinned to the bottom of the phone. One tap sends an on-my-way with the time stamped.
See how
Priced from the work, not from memory.
Line items freeze onto the invoice at creation, so a later price change cannot rewrite history. Your numbering, your terms, your branding on a real PDF.
See how
Into your account, not ours.
Customers pay by card through your own connected payment account. Deposits, partial payments and automatic receipts. ManePilot takes no cut of your takings.
See how
And the loop closes itself.
A review request goes out on your chosen delay, to the link you already use. Rebooking dates are set from the service, so the next visit is already on the horizon.

Built around the work
Rooted in automotive. Built with room to grow.
The workflow started with appearance work — the relationship between a customer, a vehicle and a standard of finish. The same structure holds for the trades.

Cleaning + trades
Why it works this way
Generic software sees a job. A detailer sees the vehicle, the condition, the customer who is particular about it, and the standard the work has to meet.Brent Morrow · Founder · Former owner, Diamond Detail AZ

Straight answers
Before you take the wheel.
What businesses is ManePilot built for?
ManePilot begins with automotive appearance work — detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, paint correction and vinyl wrap — and extends to lawn and landscape, exterior and interior cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and handyman businesses.
Can it track customers and vehicles together?
Yes. Customer context and vehicle history stay attached to appointments, services, estimates and invoices, so the next visit starts with everything the last one produced.
Can customers book online?
ManePilot includes a customer-facing booking page under your shop name, with the services, vehicle-type pricing and availability you choose to offer. It can be shared as a link, embedded on your website, or scanned from a QR code.
How long does it take to set up?
Add your services with their pricing and durations, and the schedule, booking page and estimates all work from that. Most of the setup is deciding what you offer and what it costs — which is worth doing regardless.
Where do I log in?
Use the log in link in the header. Your booking page sits on its own address that you can share with customers.
Your work is premium. Your software should be too.
